The FFA was founded in 1928 and is the largest student organization in the country. The letters FFA formerly stood for Future Farmers of America, and in 1988 the name was changed to the National FFA Organization realizing that there are more career opportunities available in the agriculture industry other than farmers. The organization provides students with opportunities to travel and compete across the state and possibly the country to develop career and leadership skills.
Conway Springs signed the charter that officially recognized the school as a chapter in Kansas in February 2023. If you would like to know more about the opportunities available within our chapter please contact Miss Henley or one of the chapter's FFA members!
